In this week of Anjunabeats, the whole term trance got me thinking. Since I've been a House-head almost my entire life, I've had been building up a unjustifiable hate against Trance. Now, I seem to have outgrown that childish ignorance, and enjoy both genres.
It reminded my of a trance track that, despite me false prejudgements, really intrugued me. I think I have had this love for Trance all along. The track is called "Sail" and is by the former king of EDM: Armin Van Buuren.
Enjoy.
Every Thursday I'll post a classic track to bring that nostalgia to surface.

ADE 2011: TV Rules The Nation
The DJ Top 100 Awards party is almost beginning, and the tv helps the already vast hype that's been building up for days now! Sander Van Doorn, Armin Van Buuren, Ferry Corsten and the infamous Afrojack have gathered on the most popular tv show on Dutch broadcasting: DWDD (The Worlds Keeps Spinning).
They guys talk about ADE and especially the DJ Top 100. Sander, Armin and Ferry also mix the main tune of the show into their own productions for a little experiment. All and all pretty fun to see! It's dutch though.
